ZEON can automatically fetch and display lyrics for the song you are currently listening to.
If supported by the music platform (like Spotify or Apple Music), ZEON will display Synced Lyrics that automatically scroll and highlight the current line in real-time as the song progresses. If synced lyrics are not available, ZEON will fall back to fetching static lyrics from Genius.
Getting Lyrics
To view the lyrics for the currently playing track, simply use:
Synced Lyrics Panel
If synced lyrics are found, ZEON will send an interactive panel:
- The panel dynamically updates every 2 seconds.
- A ▶ icon will highlight the exact line currently being sung.
- The panel will automatically close itself when the song finishes.
Because synced lyrics update constantly, the panel may sometimes fall slightly out of sync if the Discord API is experiencing rate limits or lag.
Stopping the Panel
Since the lyrics panel actively updates your screen, you can stop it at any time by clicking the Stop button at the bottom of the lyrics embed. This will delete the message and stop the background synchronization task.
